Leomaris had only been attending Hoboken Grace since January when she started noticing something different, not just in the church, but in her family.

After her husband first came across Hoboken Grace, they decided to visit together. From the start, something stood out. There was a genuine sense of care, energy, and investment, from the worship to the people, that felt hard to find elsewhere.

But what impacted her most wasn’t just her own experience, it was her kids’.

After their first Sunday, her boys couldn’t stop talking about what they learned and were already asking when they could come back. For Leomaris, that moment was surprising. It was the first time they could clearly express what they had taken away and it stuck with her.

Since then, she’s seen a real difference in them. They’re more engaged, more attentive, and genuinely excited about coming to church each week.

At the same time, something has been shifting in her, too.
